Where Mystery and Sensual Suspense Dangerously Collide
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Susan Claridge (writing under the penname S.R.Claridge) grew up in St. Louis, Missouri graduating from Lindbergh High School and furthering her education with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
She began her writing career being published for her poetry, lyrics and greeting cards; but has found her niche in the fiction world of mystery and romantic suspense. She says it is her background in theatre and psychology that help her fill the pages with enough dramatic suspense to keep her readers guessing until the very end.
A romantic at heart, Claridge is creatively seduced by the allure of a full moon, a glass of red wine and the glow of candlelight. On an autumn evening you can find her tapping away at her laptop while sipping a Grey Goose martini perfectly adorned with a Bleu Cheese olive. She believes Friday nights are made for Mexican food and Margaritas and Sunday mornings warrant an extra-spicy Bloody Mary.
She believes in the power of prayer, the freedom of forgiveness, true love and that people can change. Rooted in a strong faith, she loves Jesus and professes openly that any good thing in her comes from God.
“I have a terrible temper and a tender heart and somehow they balance,” says S.R.Claridge. “At times I may appear teetering on the edge, but I’d rather walk dangerously where there’s a view than let life pass me by.”
With a writing style that has been compared to the suspense of authors Dan Brown and Mary Higgins Clark, and the humor of Janet Evanovich, Claridge's novels are sure to thrill, at times taking readers to the edge of their seats and ultimately warming their hearts. Claridge thanks God for every blessing in her life and hopes her readers will continue to enjoy her books. ~

the word itself says 'I'm possible.'"
